Lions Community Store Needs Your Help

Can you help the Lions support families in need in our area?

The Lions Community Store is in desperate need of household goods and appliances in reasonable condition to continue their work supporting needy families and individuals in our area.  Each month they receive hundreds of requests for household items, bedding and clothing that are generously donated by members of our community.

The Store urgently needs more furniture (especially small settees and chests of drawers), bedding, “white goods” (washing machines, fridges, fridge/freezers) and small electrical goods (toasters, kettles, microwaves, TVs, lamps, vacuum cleaners). If you have any suitable items they will collect them at a time to suit you. There are some items they are unable to accept due to legal, storage, handling or insurance reasons.
